Serviceable hotel close to expressway. Freshly prepared and awesome breakfast for the value for the start of the day. Exceptionally comfortable beds and an air conditioning and large windows. Exceptionally nice and ideal location, only 15 minutes walk from the center. Found in a nice enough area. Good customer service. The pool was great, comfortable to sit around.

The hotel was good value. Well, it was a really enjoyable stay for great value. The location was comfortable and ideal - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

This is my favorite place to stay in Cortland. The hotel has been newly renovated, the rooms are well-equipped, and the breakfast is fantastic. The staff is incredibly accommodating and the location couldn't be better, within walking distance to a great restaurant. The breakfast options include juice, waffles, and oatmeal.

The rooms at this hotel are recently renovated and come with a comfortable view and two double beds. The location is convenient, not too far from the Cinch Art Space Gift Shop. I enjoyed taking a stroll around the city center, which is located close to the hotel.

The staff at Ramada Cortland Hotel And Conference Center were incredibly accommodating when we had an issue with our room. They quickly addressed the problem and made sure we were comfortable. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Not a bad spot, surrounded with fast food, and if you comlain enough you may end up with a nice view.

Originally they put us in a double queen room when we ordered king, then they put us in a shitty king room, and only on the third attempt were we bumped to an actual nice room, this after they said they have no king rooms at all... (Well you missed 2 apparently).

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its recently refurbished room and exceptionally nice staff. My room included an air conditioning and big windows. Central location of this family-run property was a bonus. There was Arby's nearby, offering quick meals.

The hotel was well-serviced. The staff were very good. The room was big in size and beautiful, equipped with the described dresser and bathroom. The service here was excellent. The pool was heated. It was in a nice building in a great and perfect location, close to downtown.

Delicious breakfast for the value, consistently courteous and amazingly nice workers. The location magnificent and marvellous to local Fire Station. Also - really close to store, Friendly's Restaurant and Cortland or Ithaca.

The staff here is super friendly and the room had good air conditioning. The view was pretty normal, but that's alright. The service was top-notch and the food was really delicious! 🍽️They have a nice pool and convenient parking, too.

In general, I liked my air-conditioned room with 2double beds.

The bathroom was not very clean.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean room, but bedding could have been warmer. Under construction, dealt with some odor issues, and flooding on the first floor.
